A Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph, reference 49150/000R-9454, in 18k rose gold with the silver "Clous de Paris" dial. Dated 2013.

The 49150 is the previous-generation Overseas Chronograph (2007-2016, replaced by the 5500V). The 42mm rose gold case features the silver Clous de Paris textured dial with applied luminous steel dart hour markers and baton hands, central chronograph seconds, 30-minute counter at 3, and 12-hour counter at 6. Small seconds register at 6.

Powered by the caliber 1137 automatic column-wheel chronograph at 21,600 vph with Geneva Seal certification. Maltese cross-shaped 22k gold rotor visible through the sapphire caseback. 150m water resistance.

Comes on the rubber strap with 18k rose gold deployant buckle.
